About the role
You'll run the pasta or sauté station on busy dinner services and help with morning prep: rolling pasta, building sauces, and breaking down proteins.
We close on Mondays, so everyone gets a real weekend day.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of line experience
- Comfortable on a fast dinner service
- Available evenings and weekends
- Food handler card (or willing to get one in your first 30 days)
