These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Spina's Italian Restaurant (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle information.

1. Menu, prices and allergens

We keep the online menu up to date, but dishes, ingredients and prices can change without notice, and items may sell out. The prices charged in the restaurant are the ones that apply. Prices don't include tax or gratuity unless stated.

Dietary labels (such as vegetarian or gluten-free) describe how a dish is made, but our kitchen handles common allergens and we can't guarantee any dish is free of them. If you have a food allergy, tell your server or our catering team before ordering. Don't rely on the website alone for allergy decisions.

2. Catering requests and quotes

Sending a catering request doesn't create a booking or a contract, and it doesn't reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when we've agreed a written quote with you, including the menu, price, deposit, cancellation terms and any delivery or service details. Those booking terms then apply to your event. Package prices on the website are starting points and may vary with guest count, menu changes, date and location.

3. Job postings

Job postings describe open positions in good faith but aren't offers of employment or contracts. We may change, fill or withdraw a posting at any time. Pay ranges are estimates and final pay depends on experience and the role. We're an equal opportunity employer.

4. Using the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes such as reading the menu or contacting us. Please don't:

try to access the admin area, other people's information or any part of the site that isn't meant to be public;
send spam, false catering requests or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful through our forms;
interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it, probing it for vulnerabilities, or introducing malicious code;
scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to train automated systems, without our written permission.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Content and trademarks

The site's text, photos, illustrations, logo and design belong to Spina's Italian Restaurant or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote small parts of the menu for personal reference, but please don't reuse our content or name commercially without asking.

6. Links to other websites

Some links, such as “Get directions”, take you to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Spina's Italian Restaurant isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for our negligence causing personal injury, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the courts located in Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if we add online ordering or reservations. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and don't affect anything that happened before it.
